About Spirited Lamb
Spirited Lamb Volunteers exist to uplift young adults (ages 21–39) who are exploring faith, seeking to strengthen their faith, or hoping to connect with a vibrant, values-driven community. Through meaningful in-person encounters and promotion of local events, we support faith-based connection and growth across Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

The Role
We’re looking for a mission-aligned, creative Web Designer to help elevate our online presence and make it easier for young adults to discover and engage with our offerings. This is a great opportunity to use your skills to inspire faith, foster connection, and build up the local Catholic community.

What you’ll do

• Proficient in WordPress or willingness to learn
• Design, update, and maintain our WordPress website with a clean, mobile-responsive, faith-centered aesthetic
• Build out resource pages to support active members
• Collaborate with our team to post new events and maintain a monthly events calendar
• Ensure the site reflects the values, tones, and branding of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles
• Provide insight on website usability and help improve user experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience with WordPress or similar page builder platforms
• Understanding web layout, responsive design, and usability best practices
• Eye for clean, compelling design and detail
• A heart for service and a desire to support Catholic young adult outreach
• Strong communication skills and a systems-oriented mindset
