Rosary Altar Society

Saturday, September 13th

The Rosary Altar Society at Mission Basilica San Buenaventura is looking for volunteers for their Annual Rummage Sale. The event will be hosted at a home on Emma Street, Ventura. All proceeds go to the Mission. They are looking for the following volunteers:

September 9th to 11th from 10:30am to 3:00pm: Help with unloading boxes, organizing tables, and other event prep

September 13th from 7:00am to 5:00pm: Help with running the Rummage Sale

Catholic Daughters of the Americas

Friday, September 19th

St. Barbara Parish is hosting a volunteer appreciation “happy hour” at the Mission in the Friars’ courtyard on Friday, September 19th. The Catholic Daughters of the Americas are looking for 6 young adults to volunteer from 4:15-7:00pm. Tasks will include sign in of guests, serving from appetizer platters, tidying up appetizer platters, etc. Light work with lots of fun and spirited conversation.
