Meet the Team

Emily grew up a Ventura native, generally swimming in the ocean or exploring a mountain trail. A cradle-catholic, the example of her devout college friends spurred a desire to live her faith more fully. After graduation, she pursued a life of service, moving across the country to work as a wilderness therapy guide. Three years later, the ache for Christian community brought her back to her hometown.
Upon returning, Emily was awed by the local Christian communities. A desire to connect these beautiful groups and individuals inspired the creation of Spirited Lamb in early 2023. She is honored to help in unifying the body of Christ, in whatever way God wills.

Esteban has been a photographer since 2001 and a videographer/filmmaker since 2021. A devoted husband and father of two adorable children, he has a great love for The Blessed Mother. He also loves sushi, playing the drums and weekly movie nights with the boys.
Along with the occasional personal project, Esteban is the main media producer for Spirited Lamb. Typically behind the camera, recording the podcast or editing at his computer, he does find himself in front of the lens from time to time.

Fr. Eduardo was born and raised in Hacienda de Bocas, Mexico. Though his Catholic family never discussed the priesthood, he felt a calling from a young age. He entered seminary for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, seeing the universality of the Church exhibited in its multi-cultural community. He was ordained on June 1, 2024 and assigned to Mission Basilica San Buenaventura. His priestly mission is to spread the mercy and love of God while connecting people of different backgrounds and cultures.
As Spirited Lamb’s Spiritual Director, he has the important job of praying for the community… and making sure we don’t spout heresy.
We continue to watch Spirited Lamb unfold, trusting it to God’s divine providence with the help of our guardian angels and patron saints. Alleluia!
